Ln 2002, Kao Duen had started our business transformation into mechanical design and manufacture. We starting to cooperate with different units, universities, and research institutes. Base on the advantage of being a vacuum component distributor, Kao Duen and our partnership had developed various vacuum systems including pulsed laser evaporation systems, atomic layer deposition (ALD), copper indium gallium selenide (CIGS) vacuum systems.
